A time to meditate on the gratuituous love of Jesus
Holy Week reminds us that Jesus always bore witness to God's gratuitous love. This love is universal and inclusive. Not only those who do penance deserve it, or those who belong to a particular religious group or a specific country. God loves us without conditions, no matter if we are sinners or not; His love is always faithful and does not allow Himself to be conditioned by our good or bad works.
This love of Jesus touches us and transforms us, encouraging us to become people full of integral optimism, humble and respectful of human dignity.
Meditation on passion reminds us that the time of Jesus and our time today have the same challenges, because there are always betrayals, selfishness, malice, economic conflicts, exploitation of the weak and lack of faith in God the Father who loves everyone.
The Lord Jesus, power and wisdom of God (1Cor 1, 24), testified with his life that those who love God must commit themselves to transforming humanity with all human and spiritual strength.
We wish you a Happy Easter and do pray for our work on the final text of the Ratio Formationis!
